Being involved in food business for 25 yrs.in tourisim, I enjoy learning and sharing new (to me)our many ethnic foods and techniques along with all aspects of cooking those. I specialize in BBQ, having been in my own business for several years, creating my own signature BBQ Ribs, Pork Shoulders, Brisket, as well as Fresh Fried Catfish. I have smoked a varied amount of Wild Game thru the years also. (Custom smoking for customers). All prepared with my original and award-winning recipes for Sauces, BBQ Rubs, and Breadings (AR Times)Also, along with Mexican/Southwestern cooking being my passion, I
have practiced authentic techniques with Hispanics I have been proud to work with. As a result I have created many recipes and salsas of my own. I also have varied interests in other ethnic foods, those of which I will share and also welcome those interests from others. I am also "Serv-Safe Certified", so if we have any issues concerning safe food handling, whether it be at home, or at our place of employment, then I am available to share those concerns also. I look forward to sharing experiences with everyone, and I Love to feed the birds while I am cooking outdoors!
